Person on other end of the line was neither friendly nor rude, but I was left feeling like that area could stand some personal reflection on their end. Flowers delivered promptly. Receiving party stated that they were actually embarrassed by the lackluster bouquet. I saw them later. Eww. Nothing too bad to say- but nothing Good either.
I stopped in and asked for 2 dozen white carnations, and first the man looked at me like I was asking for 1000. Then he proceeded to ask me when I needed them and when I told him that I needed them now, he asked why I needed them? What I needed them for? It was getting ridiculous. Finally I was like okay do you have them or not? He was like well why do you need them. I told him I was doing a project with my students, where you use the flowers to suck up food coloring. He told me that it wouldnt work because they were in water. (I knew this, but I also knew that if you leave them out overnight they do suck up the food coloring) Finally I was like forget it, apparently you don't want to sell me the flowers. It was crazy! My first clue should have been that it didn't smell like flowers when I walked in. Go to Ringwood Florist instead!
